How do I register my child?
Complete the online registration form available on the school website. Please note that all required fields must be completed.
Is the school currently offering in-person classes?
No. EADM currently offers all classes online.
How many hours of instruction are offered each week?
Students receive 4 hours of instruction per week, divided into two 2-hour sessions.
What platform is used for online classes?
Classes are delivered using Zoom.
What levels are offered?
The program covers Kindergarten, Preparatory Class, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5 and Special Class.
What is the placement test?
The placement test is used to determine the appropriate level for a student who was not already taking Arabic classes at EADM.
What is the admission age?
Écoles Arabes de Montréal welcomes children from age four at the beginning of the school year.
Which Arabic language program do you use?
EADM uses a textbook collection that includes reading and writing books as well as Islamic education books.
How long has EADM been teaching Arabic?
EADM has been teaching Arabic since 2009.
Are students monitored throughout the year?
Yes. Students receive ongoing follow-up to support their progress. The academic director also monitors the program and works to ensure that children receive rich, relevant and useful instruction.
How are parents informed about exams?
Exam dates and important information are communicated to parents by email.
How do parents receive the school calendar?
The school calendar is communicated to parents by email.
When does the 2026–2027 school year begin?
Classes begin on September 26, 2026.
When does the school year end?
Classes end on May 29, 2027.
